This Privacy Policy explains how Tailored Learning Zambia ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information obtained from users of the Tailored mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any display name you provide. This information is used solely to create and manage your account within the App.
We automatically collect crash reports and diagnostic data when the App encounters an error. This data helps us identify and fix technical problems to improve your experience. It does not include any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to diagnose the issue.
We use Firebase, a service provided by Google LLC, to power account authentication and collect crash diagnostics. Firebase may collect certain device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version as part of its standard operation. This data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policies.

To create and manage your user account. To verify your identity when you sign in. To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical errors in the App. To improve the overall stability and performance of the App.

Google Firebase, for authentication and crash reporting services. These third parties are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
We retain your account information for as long as your account remains active. Crash data is retained only as long as necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue it relates to. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address provided at the end of this policy.
The App is intended for use by secondary school students, including users who may be under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the App. We encourage parents and guardians to review this policy and contact us if they have any concerns about their child's use of the App.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Firebase Authentication uses industry-standard encryption to secure your credentials. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
